If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of your purchase up to 30 days from receipt of your purchase by you. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept a return of gift cards and canvas prints.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether a refund or exchange is approved. If your return is approved, then we can refund you up to 50% of the cost of your purchase, excluding costs for postage and handling. Any refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you are expecting a refund and have allowed 14 days for processing time but haven’t yet received a refund, first check your credit card or bank account again, then contact your bank to confirm their processing time.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange purchases if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange your purchase for an item of the same value or kind, please first send us an email at email@example.com As items may be commissioned unique artworks it is not always possible to exchange purchases for the same item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you return it, then you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item. Once the returned item is received by us, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send any refund to the gift giver.
